At Loving Slowly, every piece is made by hand, slowly and thoughtfully. Our products are not mass-produced — they are crafted one at a time by skilled artisans, which means each object carries the marks of the human hands that made it.

Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Why we don’t accept returns

Each item is handmade specifically as part of our small-batch process. Unlike factory-made products, our pieces are created with time, care, and intention. Allowing returns would disrupt this slow, mindful production system and the livelihoods of the artisans we work with.

We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully and reach out to us before placing an order if you have any questions about size, color, or materials. We’re always happy to help you choose the right piece.

Damaged or incorrect items

While we do not accept returns, we will absolutely support you if something arrives damaged or incorrect.

If this happens:
• Please email us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

Our team will review the request and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Natural variations

Because our products are handmade:
• Slight variations in color, texture, or shape are natural
• These differences are part of the beauty and uniqueness of handcrafted work and are not considered defects
